It bothers me that a budget is secret, I think the idea of having all programs be up for renewal every 3 years or 4 years or however many years was a good one, I dont care if it was a republican proposal or a democrats proposal, the idea made sense, so heres this agency thats getting money but we dont know how much or whats it doing, heres my question, is there congressional oversight? what congressman and senators are on that commitee, and will they go before america and agree that whats happening is constitutional thats all im asking for
